These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website sprelemx.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by Sprelemx, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter "Sprelemx"). By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the points established herein, we ask that you refrain from using the Site.

The Site has an exclusively informational purpose. Sprelemx provides general information about the collective investment model in real estate, also known as real estate crowdfunding. The information presented on the Site does not constitute, under any circumstances, an offer of securities, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

Sprelemx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Site.
